RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

ByLucop®

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item to exercise your right of withdrawal without the need for justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the period expires by sending an email to contacto@bylucop.com indicating your name, order number, and your clear decision to withdraw from the contract. If you wish, you may use the following model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory:

Condition of the returned item

The item must be returned in conditions that allow for the verification of its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary for such verification.

Return shipping costs

Return costs are assigned according to the reason:

  • Withdrawal (change of mind): return shipping costs are borne by the customer. ByLucop® will always provide a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions once the request is confirmed. The cost of said label will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • Defective product, damaged during transport or incorrect: return and re-shipping or replacement costs are fully borne by ByLucop®. A prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost to the customer.

In both cases, ByLucop® will manage and send the prepaid shipping label. Returns sent on your own without a label provided by us will not be accepted, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return address

Once the return request is confirmed, ByLucop® will indicate the destination address, which may be our operating address or a collection point of our choice, depending on availability and operations at the time of the return. This address will be communicated along with the prepaid shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without a prior request to contacto@bylucop.com nor if sent to an address other than the one indicated by ByLucop®.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transport, or different from the one ordered, please report it to contacto@bylucop.com as soon as possible after receipt. Once the product has been inspected and the defect recognized, we will proceed, at our choice or according to your preference, by: (i) repairing the product; (ii) partial or total replacement; or (iii) a full refund. The legal guarantee of conformity is 3 years from receipt, as established in section 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the resolution. If a refund is applicable, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we received the returned product or you provided proof of its shipment, whichever occurs first. Actual credit times may vary depending on your banking entity.

Archive Sale

Items purchased in the Archive Sale are subject to specific conditions. Cosmetic imperfections disclosed prior to purchase do not constitute grounds for return or refund. However, you retain the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, as well as the right to claim for functional defects not related to the reported imperfections.
