SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping

All orders placed at www.bylucop.com include free shipping to any country within the European Union, with no minimum purchase amount required. Free shipping does not apply to return shipments, which are governed by the provisions of our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Shipping Zones

We ship to all countries within the European Union. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the system will not allow the order to be completed. For inquiries regarding specific destinations, please contact us at contacto@bylucop.com.

Production and Shipping Times

All our products are made to order (print on demand). Orders are processed in the following order:

  • Production: between 2 and 10 business days from order confirmation, depending on the product and production load at the time of the order.
  • Shipping: once the order has been produced, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the assigned carrier. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process when available.

The stated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, force majeure situations, or issues within the transportation network.

Carrier

Shipments are made through carriers selected based on the destination country and operational availability at the time of dispatch, aiming to guarantee the best possible delivery experience. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each case.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Uncollected Orders

If you do not collect your order from the delivery point within the period notified by the carrier, the provisions of section 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply. In short: if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, the standard return process will apply. If you do not collect the order without communication, we may pass on the return costs plus a handling fee of 15 EUR.

Damage During Transport

If you receive an order with visible damage to the packaging or the product, please notify contacto@bylucop.com as soon as possible upon receipt. Consult our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information on how to proceed.
