What materials are used?

We mainly use PLA, a renewable biopolymer derived from corn starch that combines sustainability and quality. Our gold-finished details are made from brass, a copper and zinc alloy widely used in design for its corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Why additive manufacturing?

It's the technology that makes our designs possible. It allows us to create shapes with a freedom that is difficult to achieve through traditional manufacturing processes, resulting in continuous geometries, complex interiors, and volumes that remain true to each design's original intent.

How do I clean the piece?

A slightly damp, non-abrasive cloth is all you need. Avoid submerging the piece in water or using alcohol or strong solvents, as they can damage the finish. Don't worry: every piece comes with its own care instructions, so you'll always have them on hand.

Why is it made to order?

We prefer not to mass-produce or hold unnecessary stock. This helps reduce material waste and ensures that each piece is made with the care it deserves. It's a little wait in exchange for a piece made with you in mind.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been confirmed?

You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't entered the shipping process. If it has already been shipped, you can request a return once you receive it.

Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to provide a reason, in accordance with European Union regulations. You can review the full terms in our return policy.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shop@bylucop.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.

Do your products have a warranty?

All our products come with the EU's 3-year legal warranty of conformity. It covers manufacturing or conformity defects, but not damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

What countries do you ship to?

Are the products safe?

All products with electrical components carry CE certification, and we work with high-quality suppliers.
