Why is each piece made to order?
Every piece is crafted exclusively to order in our studio. This approach allows us to devote the necessary time to every object, oversee every stage of production, maintain complete control over quality, and avoid overproduction.
How long does it take to manufacture my piece?
Each piece is made entirely to order with meticulous attention to detail in our studio in Alicante.
Production typically takes between 2 and 4 working days from the date your order is confirmed, depending on the product and current production schedule.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery times are:
Spain: 2–5 working days.
European Union: 4–6 working days.
All orders include free shipping to any country within the European Union, with no minimum purchase required.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union.
For destinations outside the European Union, you can contact us at contacto@bylucop.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been confirmed?
You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not entered the shipping process.
If it has already been shipped, you may request a return once you receive it.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any justification, in accordance with European Union regulations.

Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products are covered by the standard 3-year legal guarantee within the European Union.
It covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, but does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
Are the products safe?
All products containing electrical components are CE certified, and we work with high-quality suppliers.
Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional.

Which light bulbs are compatible?
Our lamps are compatible with E27 LED bulbs up to 15W, including smart bulbs.
Why additive manufacturing?
We choose additive manufacturing because it gives us the freedom to create geometries and internal structures that would be difficult to achieve through traditional manufacturing methods, while preserving the integrity and complexity of every design.
What materials do you use?
We carefully select every material according to the needs of each design.
We mainly use PLA, a bio-based polymer derived from corn starch, which combines sustainability and quality.
In some cases, we use recyclable PETG, a high-strength material that offers greater resistance to impact, moisture and temperature variations.
The gold-finished details and accessories are made of brass, a copper and zinc alloy widely used in design and manufacturing for its corrosion resistance and long-term stability.
What level of finish do the pieces have?
With over five years of experience in additive manufacturing, every piece is produced at carefully controlled printing speeds to ensure optimal layer adhesion and a smooth, even surface. This process allows us to maintain exceptional precision, soften transitions and preserve the original design intent of every piece.
